- Veterans Angels, Inc. is a non-profit corporation devoted to assisting senior veterans and spouses obtain a little-known; little used tax-free benefit more commonly referred to as the “Aid and Attendance Special Pension.” This “Special Pension”, passed by the United States Congress in 1951, was designed to help off-set the costs of long-term care and to allow seniors tax-free money to pay their expenses, protect their core assets and income, and thus live their lives with the dignity they deserve.
